  1. Wow, surprised to hear this about Jacuzzi Calgary. We shopped around before we bought our J365 from them this spring and all the staff have been great. I think the original service manager quit this summer, not sure on that, but have always had good follow up from the staff and the GM. Granted nothing has gone "wrong" with the tub but sale, time to delivery, actual delivery and post sales questions and answers have been great. They even replaced a panel with just the slightest scratch, i told them not to bother but they did anyhow as the guy said it was not perfect, a small manufacturing defect. There reputation as top notch dealer which is also reflected in there A+ rating with the BBB was one of the main reasons we purchased. Hopefully things are not changing at the dealer with different staff etc.
  2. J365 here.....had it since May and its been great.
  3. We purchased our Jacuzzi 365 in April, installed mid may. Zero issues so far, its not the 325 you speak of but the same brand, in our searching we liked the Jacuzzi tubs the best. I also installed my tub on spa pads, no issues at all, super easy, clear out the sod, put a bit of a base if needed (they say you dont need to but depending on how level you have to do some leveling anyhow so a bit of crushed gravel is not to bad. Only thing i am not 100% sold on is the proclear chemical system (Nature 2). It seems simple but i find i actually mess with the water more with this then i did in my old tub with Bromine. But the jury is still out, the wife likes it as there is virtually zero chemical smell. Overall been happy with my Jacuzzi brand tub so far, and we have a great dealer.
  4. Maybe its just me but hopefully one of the chem experts here can enlighten me. So if i am running the nature 2 system, if you follow the instructions it pretty much says you test, adjust, soak, then use MPS after the use of the spa each time You still "jumpstart" the nature 2 stick with dichlor when you start. So, now i ask.....why when you test the water are we told your "santizer" is low add some dichlor etc and keep the FC still around 3-5. I thought the Nature 2 provide the option to not have to keep your cl levels as high or make them as much of a concern. If you need to keep the CL levels "good" is the nature 2 stick simply a nice add on to assit? much like a ozonator? I used to run bromine and always had nice clear water with the exception of when it was really close to drain time, i find this stick much more picky and difficult to keep the water sharp. Thoughts?
  5. Hi all, We have had our new J365 for about two weeks now and have really enjoyed it. We were offered the chance to try their Proclear stick (basically Nature from what i read)as they stated it was a bit better for most peoples skin, especially kids. Our kids are small so they are not in the tub that often or long, its mostly me and the miss's and friends off and on. One question, you are to test the MPS reading prior to entering and adjust and then add X amount of Shock after you leave. OR you can use the Sanitize (less is required compared to MPS) after each use as well. I guess which would someone consider the best route to go? Seeing as one would use less Sanitize it would seemingly then last longer between buying a new bottle then the SHOCK. The reason i ask is using the MPS seems to have resulted in cloudy water when the blower jets are on (2nd pump). Its been used what i would say almost daily since we got it with teh exception of a couple. So i am trying to get the cloudy condition gone and wondering if using one or the other would help. It seems the MPS is harder to keep in that "safe zone" Thanks!
