I like the Hotspring Vanguard spa for its quiet running. Clearwater is made locally and boasts lots of pump power, perhaps too much. I value quiet but the comparable clearwater is $7500 and the Hotspring is being priced at $9000, "best offer". I think Hotspring is a better made tub but would like comment on Clearwater.

I am looking at Arctic and Marquis but cannot find much from Three Rivers on their website and I find no mention of Three Rivers on this forum. Any comment or advise. Going out of business? Marginal construction?
