  1. I Think that I might have it I just tested it again and it is at 7.4.
  2. No I got it at Leslie's Pool supply the # 81-330
  3. With a DPD tester, FC is at 5, and 500 gals
  4. I just need to keep on dumping sodium bisulfate in it huh? I just thought I was dumping a lot in it without it doing anything.
  5. Ok, here is my situation I just changed my water I had yellow flakes when I drained it and when I was filling it up they returned. I got rid of them. I added my Calcium Hardness Increaser, Chlorine and my Shock l let some hours pass came back to it and my pH is at 8.0 this is the first time this has happen for me usually I can balance this all out quite well. I figured just let it all settle down come back to it tomorrow. I tested it today and it is still at an 8.0 I added about 6 ozs of Sodium Bisulfate in 1 oz measurements and it still haven't moved. What is going on? What can I add to it to bring it down? I'm out of Sodium Bisulfate, is there anything that works better? My numbers are Cl is 5, TA 90, Calcium 350, and CYA is at 30.
  6. I just bought a Hot Spring Grandee loaded out (lights, stereo, lift cover this model already includes a water feature) for $12,500 the deal included steps, chems, vac. It is the biggest tub that HS makes. I have been told that I got a fair deal from other sources. I was told that I could have maybe gotten a better deal from another dealer but I like the people that I was dealing with. The customer service what sold me on the deal. These guys are gonna take care of me in the long run of things.
  7. Hello yall I'm in the market for a spa and I have narrowed my choices down to Hot Springs. I got a quote of 12,499 for a fully loaded Grandee w/ Spa Audio Radio, Cover lifter thing, Steps, Chems, and one of those Suction tools). Is this fair price? I was thinking that if he could throw in one of those spa umbrellas that I would buy one. This is the only brand he has ever sold Not only does he sale spas but he builds custom fireplaces and out door kitchen units. REAL NICE STUFF. The guy seems like a nice guy he has been selling them for over 20 yrs. His son and his nephew are the service people. So it a family deal we talked to the guy for about two hours about other things other then spas. He is in his early sixties so he is about to hand over the the business to his son. So I believe that I found a good quality dealer. But just the price i'm just wondering about. and I'm from Texas if that matters for different regional pricing.
