Just wet test each and you'll probably have your answer. The only thing I don't care for with the Maxxus is that for its size its really just a 4 (maybe 5) person spa if you look at how its layed out but then again, how often do you have more than 4 people in a spa. Otherwise, you'll be happy with either.
As far as bromine versus chlorine, I very much prefer chlorine but to each his own. However, ANY spa can use either so I'm not sure why you're thinking the bromine can't be used with the Hot Spring.
thank you very much. Quality wise, are either one on same level?? how about energy efficiency? I tend to think hotsprings may beat in that catagory??? But all the bells and whistles on the sundance are very tempting. is buying a floor model a good idea?? it seems i may beable to save 3-4k on the sundance if i do that?
Are you really saving $3-4 on the floor model? What are the bells and whistles? Do they have any true value?
No question the Vista is more energy efficient. HS publishes 3rd party testing. Sundance does not. If you like cool lighting, make sure you get an updated Vista. Should be available soon.
Actually ended up buying the floor model of the maxxus yesterday. It comes with the ipod and cd player and speakers. Lighting, stairs, cover lift ozone etc... I hope I am getting a good deal it is an 08. I have read great things on both companies but the size of the maxxus was the clincher.
