I have a 2004 Sundance Altamar. In reading other posts here, I believe I have a defective heat sensor but want to see what others thought. Here is the scenario. While heating the spa, even if the water is 99, it will immediately jump to 106+ and OH, then shut down showing the 4 bars. If I turn off the breaker to the tub for a few hours, I can then get the tub to work normally for a day or so. Eventually the same error replicates. I took apart the panel and unplugged the heat sensor. Then I replugged in the tub and repowered. Spa worked great for a short time before reproducing the error. Do I need to replace the sensor or could this be another problem?
