Ok we finally got total control of the water balance. Then our jacuzzi started leaking. It was covered under warranty and the tech came out said it happens all the time with this particular pump. We didnt even use it 2 more times and its leaking again, THis time he claims its the Baqua water treatment that we use he said it was bad for the seals. But the first time he said it was a batch of bad pumps " he changed 4 in the last week as us" So he suggested that we get off baqua that it is not recommened but the sundance spa representative that sold it to us recommended it specifically. Who to believe and what to do?

Have some hard what looks like salt deposits floating at the bottom occasionally but not paper like. Tested again today with the baqua test strips and all is in the ideal range. I am so frustrated with it. I dont know what to do

Everything used is Baqua Product. The Filter never gets cleaned a new one is bought at every water change. But the filter/ intake area is scrubbed with Baqua product. Been increasing the sanitze. Will see if that makes a difference. The readings were all normal except for hardness. The water turned this way the next day after a complete water and filter change. With no changes or added outside elements.

10 month old Sundance Altimar Spa Purchased New 4 water and filter changes Baqua Water treatments Never had an problems until this past month. Water was green changed everything still has that same odor. Any suggestions as to what it could possibly be.
