I own this spa and personally think it's a great spa for the price, you would spend $2K to $3k at a dealer for a similar spa. The Barcelona stickers on the inside of the spa is the model that Stong Spas sells. The CL50 is the same model as the barcelona with a little bit less features.

This thread is about something different, but if you ask me and you appear to be. I would rate that spa as a cheap spa from Costco. No dealer backing, shipped across the country (probably leak when it arrives) poor fit and finish compared to a high quality tub. Worth only what you payed for it and no more. But you have the return policy, if it is still in place. Wet test a few high end tubs after you own that one for a while and you will see the difference. Roger how can you rate the spa, if for one you don't own one or proabilly never even seen one in person! It has a great warranty which you can read online at costco.com.

I had similar problems with an Infinity spa last year and finally got some help from them at this number. They dealt directly with the manafacture and got back to me the same day and gave me some a free gift card for my inconvinence.

I was told last month that the bank had taken them over. We then saw the post regarding Costco not doing business with them anymore and yesterday a guy I know who works at Waterway said he was told they were cooked. Of course I'm not sure I'd say that is concrete and I hate to see people loose their jobs but if anyone's departure was going to help improve quality in the industry Living Waters exit was on the short list. When I spoke to Living Water Products AKA Tatum Manfacturing they claim they were the one's that stopped doing business with Costco. They claim that Costco wanted them to slash their prices on their spa models and Living Water wasn't willing to cut the prices even lower, so they pulled out of Costco. I had since received an email and phone call from Living Water letting me know that they still have the Pilates 850 availble to purchase directly through them or the Pilates XP2 at a discounted price. They claim they come with the same warrenty as if you bought through Costco, but if it's true the bank took them over then it dosen't even sound like there going to be in business that mutch longer. Below are some of the prices I was quoted for their spas if anyone is interested. I recently ordered the Evolution spa that costco is selling for $3999 that Strong Spa makes, does anyone have any input or information on Strong Spas? Thanks, after searching the internet, I have found a total of 4 spa models that are look like a Sun Peak Spa, just different names. Well the Infinity spa was not a Costco Manufactured spa, it was an Infinity manafactured spa. So, with Costco's return policy why not give another spa manafacture a try, plus Costco gave me en extra incentive for the hassel I've been threw.

Just curious if anyone else has gotten any information on The Home & Garden St Lucia Model that Costco is now selling? The pics and description look pretty similar to an Infinity Sun Peak. I recently purchasd an Infinity Sun Peak spa back in May and have had nothing but problems with it. I am already in the process of returning it through costco.com and am suppose to have it picked up in the next coulpe weeks. I just didn't want to make the same mistake twice and purchase the St Lucia and have it turn out to be a Sun Peak with a different Model Name! Thanks in advance for your reply. Mike.
