You take a chance either way. Was the pool full of water when it became unlevel?

Could be possible... Fill the spa up and use some food color around the crack. If it is drawn in there is a leak.

Most states only require a min. turnover rate that is 3 time total volume in a 24 hour period. As for the 2" plumbing what is the pressure on the filters?
