My local Arctic dealer has closed up shop. I have left many messages on Arctics web site to contact me but to no avail. Does anyone have a phone number for the company. How are they going to honor service if they don't even have the respect to return an e-mail. Thanks everyone

What is the recommended procedure for cleaning a pleated filter?

I'm also using bromine and non chlorine shock, I normally add a capful with 2 people using the tub for 20 min. Is this correct. I have never read what is the correct amount to add after use.

If you are running 8 ga wire run this size wire also for your ground and neutral. Never mix sizes

Had my ecosmarte pulled out because it never worked, If you talk to the company at 1800ionswim they will tell you no chemicals are required. After 1 month and 4 tub fills I had it removed and am happy with the spa frog system.

Just started using the spafrog system. I filled the tub and added 4 cap fulls of Sodium Br. to get things started. I've had the floater in there of a day now. I use the Aqua Smart digital meter, a drop tester and tried strips. Still the reading is low. Had the level up a one time but it seems to drop. Any suggestions? My Ph also seems to drop even if I keep adding PH +. Am I using the correct starter? I also put in a capfull of shock to get things going. Don't want to have problems. Am I testing it correctly?I'd love suggestions especially from other frog users that are happy with the product.

Just a note, I purchased a Klondiker and have had it approx 1 month. My wife and I will mainly use the tub so that is why we got that model. All the seats are great and we switch around all the time. We got the air but no Onzen. We purchased the Legend model. Seating is fine deluxe lights are great. The area where you step in works great as a cool down area also. Enjoy which ever tub you get.

Need to start a system for my spa chemistry. Had eco smarte and the store just cant get the thing right, That system is getting removed. Would like recommendations as to what system to use that is easy and does not smell. I hate the smell of chlorine. I saw the spa frog from one supplier, I've read posts concerning nature 2 but don't know what to use or how much to use. Can anyone help with a system to keep my tub safe and clean that will not smell. Thanks in advance.

Just purchased a klondiker legend with eco smarte. came with deluxe northern lights, 3 sets of steps all around, cover lifter, air therepy, delivery, etc, for $12k including tax. very happy with the spa
