It might be a scenario where you weigh which option can be done at a later date as a rennovation when you are more adequately funded. My opinion would be the solar. It isn't directly integral in the construction of the pool, and at that later date you will be able to deal directly with the solar company where you pay direct with no management/percentage fee being paid to the pool contractor.
