  1. Thanks Strannik, if that's the case it means that its probably half way through its life. Is there any way I can tell if it still working? I assume it is based on never having ph etc issues, but it would be nice to know for sure.
  2. Hi all, This is my first post so please be gentle. I have a 6 person outdoor spa which is getting on 4 years old. Unfortunately it doesn't get anywhere near as much use as it should (1-2 hours a week), and the filter cycle runs for 4 hours a day (ie, 2 X 2 hours). I make sure that I maintain and clean the filters weekly, along with the chemicals instructed as per the manual and it gets drained completely and refilled every 4 months or earlier if it has had some more use. The place that I bought the spa at are not the best with technical advice and help and it is very much learn as I go with it. It has the Balboa Ozone generator for spas, and one thing that I do not know is, does this run out? Do I have to replace it to keep the ozone going? If I do, how do I know it has run out and what parts do i have to replace? Sorry for the newbie questions but I can't seem to find any other information around this through searching. Thanks in advance..
