The ecosmarte system can be run at a higher PH. You will usallly have to ionize more often.

The safest way i know to not use chemicals with ionization is to use electronic oxidation. Ozone is one method. Ok for outside.But there is better.That is also safe for inside.

Dont you use some kind of oxidizer? What chemicals did you have to buy?
