Hello, I have a Hayward 1750 cartridge filter which was replaced a year ago. I clean it as best as I can with a pressure hose, but no matter how much I get out, the filter is still showing 5 lbs of pressure. Is 5 lbs within a normal operating range? Should I replace the filter? Also, is there a better way to get them clean? If the bands around the filter fall off, would that make a difference? Thanks for your help.... George
