Looking at these two brands..any suggestions on which one I should buy..and what should I look for

Have a Hot springs dealer that says he has an Envoy with a couple of blemishes he could sell me at a discount. The blemish he says is a bubble in one of the seats. Do Blemishes create issues many years down the road. Is it worth getting a little better deal or invest in a hot tub in perfect condition.
