  1. Thanks for the replies. Dennis I sent you my contact info. Thanks ,Mike
  2. Ok after some further research i think it is a bad relay on the board i am about 90% sure. Can the relay be replaced or do i have to buy a new board , it looks like the relay is sautered to the board. Also the control panel started to get moisture in it a while ago and now i can't read the display at all. Do they have a complete replacement package for this model that includes the board and the control panel? I did A search for the balboa 25501 and did not come up with much.
  3. Hi I have a 96 dimension one diplomat with a 1994 balboa board part# 25501 and the heater quit working. My question is i have power and ground to the board and power to the hot lead wire for the heater but the heater ground wire is not working if i jump the heater ground to the main ground wire then the heater will kick on so my assumption is that there is something on the board that is disconecting the ground circutfor the heater wire. There are 2 things on the circut board next to the heater ground wire one says hi limit and the other says heater 6k and they both have a spade connecter with a 16g. wire connecting them i am guessing that one of these is bad but i do not know how to test it or if it is bad if it can even be replaced i think it is sautered to the board. Can anyone help me any further on this . Thanks , Mike
  4. If it has a circ pump it is located in the middle of the control bay. Just about directly under the control box. It is mounted that you only see the back of the motor. There is nothing in the conrol area but the 2 x 4hp pumps and the heater there is a abs plastic cover that hides the foam insulation and the pipes and that is the only place that i think it would be although that would be a stupid place to it as it looks hard to remove. There is also nothing on the balboa board about a circ pump or in the manuel but again the heater pipes i believe are not conected to either of the pumps because both pumps work on both low and high speeds and also if i put a hose in the heater water inlet where it should be sucking the water from i could see the water flow through the pipes and exit into the spa and it did not connect with any of the jets ( i checked that when i emptied it the second time). Thanks in advance , Mike ++ Another method D1 used was a bellows air pump. It is located on the inside of the box were the circuit board is. If it is not running the spa will not heat. Which also means there is no bubbles coming from in the middle of the filter I did suspect that but forgot to mention that one is broken and the other is on its last leg but i just figuered that they did not have enough power to flow water through the heater and that those were just for the ozonater and yes there is no bubbles coming from the middle of the heater filter. There is also a one way valve hooked up those 1/8 hoses should that be replace too i did blow through that and it was not clogged. So i think i already know the answer but just want to confirm it are you sure that the bellow pumps and the 1/8" lines are used to flow water through the heater. Thanks again , Mike

  6. Hi i have a 1996 dimension 1 diplomat with 2 pumps they both seem to work fine there is plenty of pressure to all the jets however there is no water going through the second filter and through the heater line which is causing a flo1 error. The flow switch works there is just no water being pumped through the heater doese anyone know if there is a seperate circ pump on this model and where it would be or any other suggestions would be great .
