  1. Does it matter what brand our chemicals to use in spa? The dealer said to me only use what the spa recommends and nothing else. Any insight would be helpful.
  2. Are you in Red Deer? Arctic is a far better product in all aspects IMO and I'm sure that's not their cheapest model either @ 15 G's. I don't agree that there is a LOT of room for negotiation as the market is too competitive to price yourself out in left field. Freebies are common with purchase.   4. Where I live I have two options either Arctic spa or Catalina Spa. I'd perfer to buy locally especially for warranty ect.I'm about 1.5hrs from Edmonton AB Canada and I feel in the long run service calls will be quite expensive if they have to come out from the city. Arctic quoted me 15k which is way out of my budget.I know you pay for what you get but come on isn't that expensive??Catalina quoted me 11k.Anyways,my question is does anyone own a Catalina spa and if so any feed back would be much appreciated?
