I am happy with the service, warranty and overall construction of the tub. For the tub,cover (lifting cover)onzen,step,set up and delivery the dealer was asking $10,500 Cdn.I live in southern ontario and I am wondering is this a good price?Please help

I am a long time viewer of the sight and I am interested in buying a tub. I am having a disagreement with my wife regarding buying a used tub from a dealer.(a very well know dealer)In my opinion most people trade in there used tub for a new one because they have or are having trouble with it and it is easier to trade that tub in, then trying to sell it private.Why trade in something that works fine and spend more money on a new one. I am worried because you don't know how well it was maintained.Am I wrong for thinking this way?Your thoughts and experiences please.Cheers
