  1. I purchased an Essence Vita Spa in 2005. I have had 3 power boards, 3 lighting boards, a lower sensor, a heat sensor , an extra ground added (was told there could be "noise" on my power supply line- didn't work) all replaced. Now my right speaker isn't working. I have been told as of 7/14/08, that the lighting board has been "redesigned" since this has been determined to be the problem that keeps shutting my tub off. In the dead of winter in Michgian it isn't a good thing. Has anyone out there had similiar problems with Vita Spa? Working with my dealer has been a nightmare as the next repair is always the last one but it hasn't been. Instead of giving me my $$ back or a new tub without the design flaws he is dragging it out because if he does either of those things, then he has to deal with the Manufacturer. Luckily it has a 5 year warranty, however, what happens when the warranty runs out?! I'm sick of finding a babysitter to watch my hot tub while I am away!
