Just purchased a Viking Supreme Series Royale model spa which I want to place on a pre-existing 9'x12' concrete pad off my house. Problem is there is a slight slope to one corner of the pad...maybe a 1/2" to 1" difference depending on where I choose to place the spa. My question is is how concerned should I be that the spa is not 100% level? I brought this fact up to my sales rep and he told me a little off-level is actually desired for draining purposes. Do I need to level it completely? If so might there be a few suggestions for a quick but stable solution? Thank you for the assistance.
