I am currently in Afghanistan and in the process of selecting a pool builder upon my return home for my new home in San Antonio, I already have narrowed my selection to the best two builders in town which are Blue Haven Pools and Gary Pools. Below is a proposal from Blue Haven Pools, this will be my first pool and I do not have much experience only what I have learned in this forum, I will appreciate any assistance I can get that will help me make the right choice. I have a $25,000 to low $30,000 budget. I am looking for reliable energy efficient equipment, also equipment that will offer the less cost to operate and maintain. Also I am interested on the Salt system. How does this proposal looks for you if you were getting this exact set up? Anything missing or needs to be added?
