Brand new 24' above ground installed last weekend....after filling the pool, there was a very slight (maybe 1 1/2" out and about 8-10" long) bulge in the wall at the very bottom next to the ground. It appears that perhaps the block under the upright is slightly higher than the rest. Can this be fixed without draining the pool?

My wife posted an ad on Craigslist for an installer, and received several replies. We ended up having our pool installed very inexpensively, and they did an excellent job. That might be an option for you.
