Thank you for catching that Dr Spa. Thanks for your suggestions Dr. Spa. This metal remover that you are suggesting me to buy, can I find that with the pool chemical section? As for using a pre-filter at time of filling, I'm not sure where to put that since my unit only has one compartment for 1 filter?? The spa is already filled, is there any way of fixing the problem now or should I empty it and start from scratch? Mr. Hillbilly Hot Tub - where do I find your instructions on what to do BEFORE adding an oxidizer?

We just bought a 4 man hot tub and set it up at the cottage. We used our well water (hard water) to fill it. I bought a pool testing kit with the yellow/red side - yellow being for Bromide/Chlorine and red side for PH. Now I've added the requested amounts of chemicals but my yellow is orange and my red is light blue. These colours aren't indicated on the kit telling me if I have too much or too little of each. We installed it Friday night and by Monday morning, the bottom of the spa had a deposit of rust. I don't know what to do? Can this problem be fixed without having to empty it all again? Can you please help? Thanks.
