  1. Ahh this sounds like the same type of problem I have posted about in a more recent thread. Did you ever resolve this??
  2. Thanks for the advice mike. I am actually in aus so I might give them a call. I think I need to get an electrician to check the situation out... It is a unit with just a 'normal' power lead which I just banged in a socket in the garage. So there is no dedicated 'spa' breaker. That socket still works for other devices though, just nothing with the spa
  3. Hi Guys. Just aquired a 2nd hand spa a few weeks ago. Not sure of the brand, however it is around 10 years old I'm guessing, but has been fitted more recently with a new heater and blower. Everything has been working fine since we got it. Until yesterday.... For some reason (while it was in use, working fine) it just stopped working. The main circuit hasnt been tripped, however as I'm new to the whole hot tub thing I'm not sure if they have internal fuses or circuits breakers? It uses a Waterco 4555101E Pump & Heater which has a 4-stage button to cycle through modes, however pressing this now does nothing. It is all enclosed in the portable system and just plugs in to the wall with a 240v/15amp connector. I am worried maybe some part has got water in it? Most likely through the buttons on the top, but could be leaking underneath. There was more people than usual and a bit of water splashing around. I'm just a bit stuck as to what to do, and dont want the expense of calling people out if there are some basic thngs I can check first. Thanks.
