Hot Tubbies

Hello, We just bought our first hot tub. Love the tub but the dealer is no help in the water maintenace department. Here's what is happening.....we were told to use the concentrate and put some in after each use and adjust the TA and PH. Water turned very green and cloudy, I think we saturated it with chemicals. Emptied the tub used bromine tabs in floater, shocked and adjusted TA and PH. Water has a green tint, reading 0 on strips , PH and TA all over the place. HELP! anyone...
