Worked fine last week, this week the ballast came off, i put it back on but not sure if this is the thing keeping it from going in reverse. I ordered a new one because it has some water in it now. If it is the cause does someone know why, doesn't make sense to me? thanks

We'll after more rsch we chose to go with Mermaid pools out of Hurst. Great references, longer warranties and more pool for the money! we are getting almost 75 more square footage in the pool, and more decking for about the same price as Pulliam. In addition they have a 35 day completion guarantee (whether and inspection permitting). They pay $75 a day for every day late.

We are looking to put in a 32x16 free form, precast coping, sun deck, basic spa, with a 450 sq ft cool decking. Pulliam is quoting $44K, and we have had Hobert pools come out but have not gotten a quote or plan yet. Does anyone have a thought on the price above, or if Pulliam is normally right at avg/higher/lower than other builders. We won't even consider Blue Haven or Anthony Sylvan! Anyway, I haven't seen any formums discussing pricing for 2008, so information would be nice. Thanks all.
