I'm planning on getting a fiberglass pool this spring. What is the better choice, Paver deck with bullnose coping or concrete / cantilever deck around a fiberglass pool? Concrete can cost from $5-$6 / sf. installed and extra for cantilever forms, while material for pavers can be $3 - $5 / sf. if self installed. It is my understanding that concrete is still needed under the rim of the fiberglass pool to help support. If alreading pouring concrete, it make sense to do the concrete deck? Can anyone help with pros and cons with each selection? Thanks, Walt in PA
