Hi - I'm new here - I have a Master Spa (it was a BAD choice, granted) and I need to get service in Northern Illinois (Chicago W. Suburbs) - does anyone know of someone who can service? I have mechanical problems with the TV raise/lower and also the actual tub will not work - the message is that I need service on the heater. I've called Turbo Tub - nobody answers and voice mailbox is FULL. Help!!! I'm ready to put the thing out for the garbage truck and deal with the loss (a BIG loss).
