I decided to buy a spa about 1 week ago, that's when I found this forum. Before that, I had no ideea what a spa means (and I'm still at the base of the learning curve).
I learned a lot by reading previous topics, however, I would need some input from Sundance Altamar owners.
I found a 2007 floor model Sundance 880 Altamar for 7000 CA$. I dried tested it with my wife, I did some research on the web, and it seems to be what we're looking for (medium size, high end spa, good price, full insulation - we live in Quebec)
The sales rep would includes these items with the tub:
- GFI 60 amps electrical box
- cover with lift
- steps
- delivery
I think I can push for 200$ more off.
How does this price sound? I' m affraid they'll sell it soon - while we were looking around they sold one of the other floor models right in front of us - an they don't have many floor models left.
So if you are a Altamar owner or you have any suggestions to make (including about the price), please let me know.
