Competition is a overseas company I believe, I'm in the US and havent seen any here but what I hear is their warrantee is not so good (5yr on Titanium heat exchangers). Most companies here offer 15 yrs and a full 5yr parts and labor warrantee(residential) look ito aquacal or Jandy or Rheem if you can get them in your area good luck

Go with everything Pentair, either Intellitouch or compools EZ touch(very simple basic). They go under the CP model name based on how many featuers you require. Intellichlor generator(1 breakable item- the cell vs all other manufacturers salt generators @ 2). you'll drive yourself insane troubleshooting other chlorinaters when they malfunction NOT too mention the attitude of some of the techs at Hayward and Jandy. Have built and worked on many pools including new pools in South Florida where homeowners were given just the worst possible combinations of equipment and most of it was stuff given at huge discounts or even free to the builder(by the manufacturer). My wife and I live in North Carolina and we ran into a builder from Florida who happens to be listed somewhere on this site. He no longer builds pools but said he could build us a custom spa . He built ours in 10 days with our slate finished rock as coping and he did it all with his truck, trailer and 1 employee - and they slept at a local motel for the time they were here. We didn't know what to believe at first. He was recomended by a GC out of Charlotte so we gave it a shot Most amazing project I have ever been involved in, I could tell that they loved what they were doing, Passion is hard to find in the building industry, and these guys were 800 miles from home Metric Pools out of West Palm beach, sorry don't have the number , seen em on here somewhere though
