I have recently bought a hot tub and have tried both chlorine and bromine for chemicals. Both chemicals irriate my daughters skin and cause harsh red rashes. The water has been tested and the chemicals are balanced. I have heard some people use hydrogen perioide in their tub for chemicals. Does anyone use this method for chemicals and if so what are the pros and cons of this?

This is the only product needed in the hot tub and is used to clean filter as well. Does anyone use this in their hot tub and if so what is the pros and cons to this.

We're a Sundance dealer in Canada. Prices are higher in Canada because of additional cost to ship across the border. Exchange rate cost more unless the Canadian dollar is above $1.04 USD When your comparing prices are you comparing same year models? Who will service the spa should it require service under warranty? I bought from the us and paid shipping it was a lot cheaper. As for the warranty the local dealer I went to that quoted me a lot more was also the authorized dealer and he had to honour the warranty. Do not be afraid to ask and shop around.

I have a Infinity Maximus Spa I just installed it and filled it. I filled the spa and only half the jets work. I am told I may have air pockets in the lines. How do I remove the air pockets from the spa. I hope this is easy. I phoned tech support 24/7. lol. That was this morning like 12 hours ago. Any suggestions or hints would be great. The manual is very basic and does not have a how to. It may just need to be primed. Thanks.
