I have heard nothing but good things about Caldera from the dealers, reviews, and browsing forums on the web. The niagra doesn't have a lounge, correct? Is there a reason you prefer not to have one? I am wet testing 3 different spas this weekend, so I guess I'll find out real quick whether I want the lounge or not... =) Thanks! -Chris

Hi there folks, I have zero experience shopping for a spa so I'm looking for affirmation that I'm headed in the right direction. I've looked at a couple of dealers here in L.A. (Coastal Hot Springs in Anaheim and LifeStyleOutdoor in Van Nuys) that sell Hot Springs, Caldera, and Jacuzzi. Anyone have any experience with these dealers? As for the Spa itself, for the price point (around 7k out the door, installed), the Caldera c30s really caught my eye. It has all the bells/whistles (lounge, waterfall, lighting, stereo). Anyone have any opinion on this make/model?
