I work in a pool shop, and we frequently sell a product called "Perfect Balance" made by bioguard. I was wondering if anyone knows what this actually is? I know some people seem to think it is just sodium bicarb, however, why would it not say that on the bottle, and it does not seem to act in the same way as bicarb in my opinion, because u have to adjust the pH first and then add the perfect balance, and what concentration is it? cheers
