If you have 3 dots flashing it means that you have a plugged filter.....take out the center filter and reset the breaker....wait a few mins. and turn the spa back on... if the dots go away and the spa is heating buy a new filter. We DO NOT have 3 dots flashing.

I have a 2005 Artesian Dove Canyon that stopped heating a few days ago. The filters are clean and the ozonater is working strong. It is set to heat up to 102 and it's around 95. Since we're in S. Florida, it probably won't go much lower than this. The control panel shows 2 solid squiggly bars which is the icon to call for heat. We do not have the 3 dot icon which means there is a problem. Any help would be appreciated.
