  1. I'm in need of help - I'm new to owning a hot tub. We purchased our Hot Springs Grandee the beginning of August. It has the Auto Fresh chemical dispensing unit on it. Here's what keeps happening... The water looks great for the first two to three of weeks that it is fresh, then at week 3/4 it begins to cloud. It clouds quickly - over a couple of days to where you cannot see the seats in the tub. A white haze - no odor. The Sanitizer, ph, alk, and hardness all measure fine. When I take the water into the dealer for a complete test, it comes back with Oxidizer having a level of one (should be 5-10) and everything else fine. I start adding oxidizer which is supposed to clear the water, but it never does. The water seems to just stay the same or get cloudier and eventually we just need to dump and start over. Then the same thing happens. We are on our third cycle of this. I will say our dealer has really been trying to help get this solved, but I know he is at as much of a loss as to why this happens as we are. He replaced the dosing engine on our Auto Fresh chemical system after the first time it happened, but still the same thing. Any advice????
