  1. Ya I did Ken.. IS there 2 of those screws on the pumps? one upper and one lower? I just have a lower one .. if there is suppose to be one in the upper part of the motor I dont have it.. I do see a thead similar to the lower one.. The pump that seems to be working fine, I loosened the screw off abit and sure enough water, water, water everywhere!!! the pump I figure is blocked nuttin, now I checked all the slice valves, etc. and pretty much everything else jets etc,, and nothing pump turns on fine but nothing is pumping... I'm thinking costco hopefully will send a repairman,, if that's what they do.. I've done alll I can do I think.. Thanks very much Ken for the reply. Scott
  2. Scott, There are thumbscrews at each pump. The infinity has 2 pumps. Did you turn the thumbscrews and leave them open until water started trickling out? Ken
  3. I just hooked up my Sun Peak Infinity. nice unit.. I think I may have one of those problematic air locks in one side of jets. After looking at a few pics on this site.. it's the same set of jets as other people having the same problem.. It doesn't look like a big deal.. I did fill through the filter. and I have located the Bleeding screw on the motor. but still nothing.. Wondering how a shopvac on the thumb screw would work,,,,, suck out the air?? Scott
