can anyone tell me how to convert my new spa builders lx-10 pack over to 240 , i just purchased and recieved new pack and my pump barely turns. i then realized it was only getting 110 volts. the pack states it is convertable. thanks

Hi I'm new here. I have a 2000 Diamante Atlantis spa that i have lost power on. I have good voltage at the line supply from my disconnect/gfi, but nothing works off the button. no pump, no display. nothing. I have been unable to get a reply from Diamante/U.S. Tooling and I have heard that they were sold. Just wondering if anyone has an idea where to go next. Do I have a bad board , switch, or what. thanks for any help.
