I recently purchases a Sundance Cayman. It also was not suppose to run everthing on the 50 amp setting, at least according to the owners manual. But when I installed it, it ran pumps and heat at the same time. Go figure

If there are any Sundance owners or dealers out there perhaps you could help me with this one. I recently purchased a Sundance Cayman from a dealer in Ontario, Canada. The spas is great so far except for one problem. The side and corner panel was slightly damaged on delivery. The dealer said he would order me 2 new panels. It has been 6 weeks now and the dealer says he is having trouble getting it from the factory. Is this a BS story and he is hoping I will forget about it or does it really take this long? What if a pump breaks will I have to wait 2 months for a spare part? Any insight would be appreaciated. Regards
