Hi, We have owned our Hot Springs Spa (seats 6) since 1996. We recently had an OZONE in ground Pool installed and have decided to sell our SPA. Any one have some suggestions for Pricing? Seriously in great condition, well maintained, cover shows age! This SPA looks and works as great as the 1st day. We are in Phoenix, AZ. Appreciate honesty in listing PRICE! Thanks, Patti and Dan
