I have read bits and pieces of using baking soda etc for my spa instead of spending the money that most spa places want for their chemicals. Is this true that I can use alternate chemicals and if so what is available and what can I use to replace the expensive suggested chemicals. Would the store bought stuff go in at the same ratio as the spa chemicals. Thanks
