My family just had an 12,800 gallon Ocean Reef Pool installed and it was finished Aug-6th. It has a pool pilot salt generator. I have had no problems at all as of yet but I have something new as of tonight when I returned home from work. Millions of little bugs around the water line. I did not get a pic yet but I am going to try and describe. Super small, the only reason you would see them is because there is so many. On my hand it seemed like they were jumping like fleas but long and skinny like minature maggots. The wife wont get in the pool. We have had heavy hit or miss storms over the past week. I hit the boost button Monday which took my FC from 1.3 to 5.0. It still has not dropped below 5.0 as of tonight so is this normal. I called Leslies tonight for advise and they told me to shock it again. Will this send my FC off the charts then making it unable to swim. Any advise will be great.
