When we first set out to purchase a hot tub, we looked at Sundance, Master Spas, CalSpas and Jacuzzi. We eliminated the Sundance strictly because of the styling of the tubs as well as the Master Spa. We then wet tested the CalSpa Bel-Air and the Jacuzzi J-345. We definitely liked the jets in the Jacuzzi over the Cal but liked the greater depth and overall space in the CalSpa. With this in mind, I figured that the Jacuzzi J-480 would most likely be the best of both worlds.

I recently purchased a Cal Spa Bel-Air and have found a crack in the acrylic. The company that sold me the hot tub has offered to replace the tub or will allow us to choose another one. I am considering the J-480 and was wondering how the two compare. Would you be more inclined to own a Jacuzzi over a Cal Spa? Can anyone tell me of their Jacuzzi experiences especially if you own a J-480. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
