I thought I would post this good find! I was getting pretty tired of replacing blow up floaties. I got the blue mat style floatie from WalMart. They sell for about $34 and they look like a thicker version of a camping or even kindergarten mat, foam inside and a slick blue waterproof cover, doubled end for a kind of pillow. I LOVE IT. They are just the best! Never need blown up or replaced. Expensive, but watch for end of the season sales at WM coming up soon!! :) I hope this helps someone!

on the topic of floats, I purchased one of those motorized pool floats that are advertised in some of the higher end catalogs for $150.

They are a piece of crap. water gets into the battery compartment. The propellers fall off the shafts. They burn through batteries (12 D cells) quicker than hooker at a shriners convention.

float for sale.
