DataCom11 Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 I have a Hotsprings Classic F and the topside control panel is only partially working. Year of Hot tub 2000, IQ2000, 1 Jet/pump. The topside control panel was fully functional in the past. The micro-switches had rust on them and I replaced them with the same identical component by the components number. Was able to regain temp control, light & jets but they are working on the wrong buttons. I was an electronic tech for 25 years so I know it wasn't from replacing the switches. What caused me to investigate it was moisture on the backside of the display window after a very hard rain. At this point I can say that something must have shorted out from the moisture and the board is bad. I don't believe the IQ2000 has been affected based on the fact that everything functions but the clean. So the topside control panel I need is for a hot springs 2000-2004 using an IQ2000 NOT an IQ2020. It is Oval shaped, black, uses a ribbon cable to connect to the IQ2000. Quote
