Gecko S-Class Won't Automatically Start

Hello everyone, I'm hoping you can help me out with a problem.

Problem: The pump and heater will not automatically start when I change the (temperature) set point above the current water temperature. When I set the temperature above the current water temp, I get the 3 flashing dots and nothing turns on. When I manually turn on pump 1, (the 3 lights turn off)the heater kicks on and starts heating the water. The only problem is that pump 1 turns off via the timer after 20 minutes of turning it on manually.

History: I had disconnected and moved the spa for a patio concrete pour and then replaced it. The problem started after I replaced and reconnected the spa.

Set up: Gecko K-38 controller with an S-Class Heat Pack. I have Pump 1, Pump 2, Ozone, and Lights. The lights don't work, but I think that's a separate issue.

What I have checked so far:

1. Flow Switch: Works correctly. Circuit is closed when water is flowing and open when water is not flowing.

2. Voltage across the heating element is 240 volts

3. Pump 1 works in both low and high modes

Is there something I'm missing that tells the pump to turn on when the temperature is selected above the current water temp. My manual states that it is supposed to automatically turn on, but it doesn't.

Thank you for your help.

-Mike
