Everyone's energy rates are going to be different along with the climate, frequency of use, filtering, etc. So far for me (6 months), the tub costs me on ave about $45 in electricity per month. My 12 month average electric usage in San Diego, CA before the hot tub was 306KWH and my 6 month average after having the CSxi80 is 603KWH. Based on the variable rate tiered pricing of SDGE this is equating to about 45/mo.

I typically have the temp at 100 and will stay in about 30 minutes. Probably 5 minutes with jets on high, 15 on low, and 10 just soaking, on average.
