Hi all. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction before I take this spa to the tip. I have a Hot Springs Vanguard spa (Australian/NZ) model. Not sure of the year it is as the model number doesn't seem to match anything. V29996? I purchased it second hand 2 years ago and it has always worked until now. It now has a flashing green light and the spa is not heating properly. What I have tried so far. Removed the main filter, Replaced the Hi limit thermister and control thermister I have checked the flow and there are plenty of O2 bubbles and water flow coming into the spa Also to note the external control panel (the one you access from in the spa) has never worked and the MOTO-MASSAGE jets have never worked I am not sure what I should be looking at next to replace. Has anyone has this issue before and fixed it?

Hello all! A new hot tub owner here. We bought an Arctic Spa Tundra Spa Boy system as a floor model deal. We had to get the Eco Pack replaced because Spa Boy didn't work. So our water got pretty ugly. Adding the fact that I never maintained water before, so a huge learning curve for me. The day we got the tub, I started filling it with well water. But about 1/4 way up, the water was a dark grey color. I decided to drain it and put city water in. There was black stuff on the bottom of the tub. The install guy said that dirt will be cleaned up by the filter system. Now after a little more than a month, I got my water under control. But my water still has a light green tint to it. Yesterday I saw some black stuff on the bottom, the water was still. So I went in, cleaned it up. And I think it's metal flakes from the well water. Could this be causing our water to be green? Thanks! Rudy

Water was perfect after opening in May. I maintained clear, sparkly water. Accidentally I used two different shocks (cal hypochlorite and trichloro s triazinetrione) 10 days ago and water is so cloudy with a tint of green. I've used clarifier and algae guard. PH and chlorine are within normal range. I am at a loss as to what to do to get the water back. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
