Anyone Tried Thecoverguy.com Custom Hot Tub Covers?

I've heard some good things about The Cover Guy custom hot tub covers but wanted to know if others have tried them? Is the hot tub cover measuring procedure here correct? And does it actually fit well when it comes? Thanks for your help.
