  1. I am needing to replace my spa cover that we inherited when we got this used spa. I've seen several options available on several websites ranging from "Standard" to "Deluxe" to "Premium" to "Ultra-Super-duper Over-kill-Polar protection". Most vary by foam density, R value, vapor barrier, foam thickness, continuous hinge seal, etc. I live in Dallas, Texas, so my biggest issue seems to be UV rays drying out the vinyl. I'm told that the Sunbrella outdoor fabric will be far better than marine grade vinyl for my cover. I'm wondering what other features would be necessary or recommended in my North Texas climate. It usually reaches triple digits for a week or two in August and may go below freezing for a week or two sometime in Jan-Mar. I am strongly considering a cover made with the Sunbrella fabric by Core Covers and sold through Costco. Anyone had experience with this cover?
