Hi, I've just started taking care of our neighborhood pool this summer with no prior experience. The woman who did it the past few years has given me instruction and been very helpful. This week, the pool pressure has been at 10 or 11 (she told me it needs to be between 0-10), I backwashed the pool twice and it didn't lower much. It went down to about 9.5 and is now back at 11. I touched the motor, which I haven't done in the past, it is very hot to the touch, I don't think it should be. I have someone coming out, but they can't come until Monday (it's Friday.) My questions are, should things be okay until the repair person gets here? And what do you think is possibly wrong? Thanks in advance for your help! -in over my head
