  1. We are brand new pool owners (swam last week for the first time). Our pool company left us with residual grout on the coping tile. When installing the tile they wiped the parameter of the pool with a rag that had grout residue on it....thus they spread the grout onto the coping tile. The pool company also left a lot of white spots on our pavers when they did the interior pebbling of the pool. After much complaining (for four months now!), they sent someone out today to pressure wash the pavers and the coping tile. The pressure washing did nothing. The story is complicated by the fact that our original company closed and left the state in the middle of the project (left us $20,000 owed to subcontractors). The company that finished the pool 'as a favor' is indicating they are not responsible for the mess made by the initial pool company and are unwilling to provide any help. Can anyone give us suggestions or ideas for how to clean this mess off the pavers and coping? Now that the water chemistry is balanced, we are enjoying our pool although it is still not very attractive since the construction mess is still around. Someone mentioned an acid wash? My wife and I will appreciate any assistance. The pool project has thus far been an absolute nightmare since the company left us with so much owed money to pay out (and more work to be done). They were certainly messy with the construction and we complained to them constantly about their messes. We just want to be happy with such a costly investment. Please help!
